As a Customer Service/Office Manager with Rick Verst, State Farm Insurance and Financial Services, you will generate the kind of remarkable customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
- Train and mentor customer service representatives.
- Manage team scheduling & payroll submission
- Attain Property, Casualty, Life and Health Licensing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Communication and problem-solving abilities.
