Senior Restaurant Manager (Restaurant Management) Houligan’s Sports Bar is a casual dining restaurant looking for a Senior Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations. Job Responsibilities Lead and drive daily operations, managing kitchen and dining rooms to ensure a positive guest experience. Oversee all hourly team members and administrative/leadership functions for smooth operation. Uphold high standards of excellence and hospitality. Manage daily checklist functions. Handle payroll and scheduling. Focus on team development. Oversee inventory, quality, and safety. Manage facility. Lead and develop community relations. Job Requirements Self‑motivated, positive, and passionate about fostering teamwork. Experienced professionals with a talent for leading and inspiring others. Must exhibit uncommonly high standards and be committed to the training and development of team members. 2–3 years of restaurant management experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced restaurant environment. Food handler certification, strongly preferred. Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of Houligan's operations. Ability to drive hospitality and inspire others to do so. Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level. Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
