Room AttendantThe Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas in accordance with Hilton brand standards to ensure guest satisfaction. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to providing exceptional hospitality.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesClean and service assigned guest rooms according to Hilton brand standards.Replace linens, make beds, and replenish guest room supplies.Clean bathrooms, dust furniture, vacuum floors, and sanitize surfaces.Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately.Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in an organized manner.Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.Follow all company safety, OSHA, and cleanliness standards.Perform additional duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25–50 lbs.Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
