Senior Clinical Research Associate - Psychiatry - Southeast

Senior Clinical Research Associate position managing psychiatric research activities across multiple clinical trial sites in the Southeast. Responsibilities include site selection, study initiation, regulatory compliance, and site oversight throughout trial lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Manage research activities and compliance at participating clinical trial sites
- Conduct study initiation visits and support site setup activities
- Coordinate regulatory documentation, contract negotiation, and budget discussions with sites
- Provide site training on data collection and safety event reporting procedures
- Monitor site activities during study maintenance and oversee study closure activities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate
- 4-year university degree or nursing degree
- Psychiatry experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Superior organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Residence in Southeastern United States with willingness to travel regionally
Compensation: $97,000.00 - $193,000.00 annually
