- Inspection & Testing - Perform dimensional, visual, and functional inspections using CMMs, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools
- Blueprint Interpretation - Read and apply engineering drawings, GD&T, and material specifications
- Documentation - Create inspection reports, NCRs, FAIs, and maintain quality logs
- Calibration - Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment
- SPC & Data Analysis - Manage SPC, run capability studies, and analyze process data
- Continuous Improvement - Support root cause analysis, FMEA, and CAPA initiatives
- Compliance - Ensure adherence to AS9100, FAA, and internal quality standards
- Collaboration - Partner with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve issues
- Proficiency with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM)
- Strong GD&T and blueprint reading skills
- Understanding of aerospace quality systems (AS9100)
- Familiarity with SPC, FMEA, PPAP , and related methodologies
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and strong communication skills
- High school diploma required ; Associate degree in Quality or a technical field preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing
- Experience with ERP or QMS software
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to collaborate across teams
