We’re hiring In-Store Sales Lead Generators to work inside major home improvement retail locations. This is a sales role focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting by introducing customers to our home comfort solutions, energy-saving upgrades, and indoor air quality services . You'll connect with homeowners while they shop, learn about their home-comfort needs, and introduce them to ARS heating, cooling, plumbing, energy-efficiency, and indoor air-quality solutions. This is a high-energy sales role focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting .
