Qualifications:

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist License with ASHA CCC credentials
• Previous experience in school settings is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills for managing a moderate caseload (35 students)
• Ability to develop, implement, and review individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Bilingual skills are a plus and highly encouraged
• Commitment to working collaboratively with staff, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide therapy services for students identified with communication disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student academic progress and social participation
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Communicate progress and interventions with families in a clear, supportive manner
• Engage in professional development as needed to stay current with best practices
