Flatbed Truck Driver (1099) - Job Overview
- Step into ownership with strong earnings. Net $85,000-$120,000 per year, earning 65% of revenue + 100% fuel surcharge, with weekly direct deposits, no trailer rentals, and lower fixed costs to help protect your cash flow.*
- Start with extra cash in your pocket. Earn a $5,000 sign-on bonus* when you join Boyd-because a strong start matters.
- Home weekends, every week. Run hard during the week and be home every weekend, giving you a rhythm that works for real life.

Lease Purchase Program Details
- Modern trucks, flexible terms. Choose from 2023-2026 Kenworths and Internationals, with lease terms ranging from 2.5 to 6 years based on truck selection.
