Your work will help ensure residents receive the high standard of care they expect by ensuring residents receive medications and nursing care as directed by their individual care plans, conducting resident assessments, serving as a team leader, and advocating for residents. Your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail will help keep residents comfortable and safe. Responsibilities include delivering prescribed medications and nursing care, coordinating with the care team, and supporting residents to maintain their well‑being. Qualifications To be eligible for consideration, applicants should have an unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Prior LPN experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate. Minimum requirements: unencumbered LPN license in the state of Iowa.
