NIGHT SHIFT HOURS Position Overview The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, personnel, and logistics processes. This role aims to optimize warehouse functionality while adhering to safety and quality standards in the manufacturing of food products. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations.
• Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.
• Manage and train warehouse staff, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, with a focus on manufacturing.
• Familiarity with GMP, Lean, and Six Sigma principles.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
