HGV Class 2 Bin Lorry Driver

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Bin Lorry Driver to work on behalf of a local District Council in the North Mansfield area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and hardworking driver looking for a stable Monday to Friday role with early starts and consistent hours. The Role As a Bin Lorry Driver, your duties will include: Operating a Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV Class 2) Collecting domestic and commercial waste/recycling Leading and working alongside a crew of loaders Navigating residential streets and tight access routes safely Operating hydraulic systems to empty bins efficiently Carrying out daily vehicle checks and ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have: A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence Held your Class 2 licence for a minimum of 1 year At least 6months HGV driving experience Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card Good communication skills and a strong work ethic Ability to work as part of a team in a physically demanding environment Working Hours Monday to Friday Start times approximately 7:00am Full-time ongoing work available Assignment rates starting from £17.75 per hour If you are an experienced Class 2 Driver looking for your next opportunity, apply today. #J-18808-Ljbffr
