- Develop and maintain a fully logic-linked Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using P6
- Establish baseline, forecast, and recovery schedules
- Perform critical path, float, and variance analysis
- Coordinate schedule inputs across EPC disciplines
- Prepare executive dashboards and look-ahead schedules
- Support mitigation and what-if schedule scenarios
- 5+ years EPC planning/scheduling experience
- Advanced P6 proficiency
- Experience supporting large-scale industrial or data center projects
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Hyperscale or mission-critical data center experience
- Projects exceeding $250M value
- Technical Scheduling Expertise
- Ability to build logic-linked schedules
- Critical path identification
- Baseline vs forecast knowledge
- Understanding of electrical EPC sequencing
- Commissioning and turnover workflows
- Scenario modeling
- Schedule recovery planning
- Executive-level reporting ability
- Cross-functional coordination
