The company is headquartered in Herzogenaurach, Germany, and shares more information at Role Description The Retail Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Oklahoma City, OK, responsible for supporting store leadership in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining PUMA’s brand standards. This role oversees daily retail operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and visual merchandising execution. The Retail Supervisor coordinates, guides, and supports store team members on the sales floor, ensuring effective communication, adherence to policies, and a safe, inclusive work environment. The role also involves training team members on product features, current promotions, and service expectations, while monitoring performance and providing feedback. The Retail Supervisor collaborates with management to achieve sales targets, optimize staffing, and create a positive, engaging experience for customers and colleagues. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team coordination, coaching, and performance support. Candidates should possess Retail Operations expertise, including sales floor management, cash handling, inventory control, and adherence to store policies. Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge in footwear, apparel, and accessories, with the ability to explain features and benefits clearly. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating welcoming experiences, resolving issues, and building customer loyalty. Previous retail or supervisory experience, particularly in sportswear or fashion, is highly beneficial. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
