Loan Document Signing Agent

Certified Mobile Notary Service helps clients close loans and execute legal documents on their schedule, at their location. We are seeking a Loan Document Signing Agent to join our team in Thornton, Colorado (80229).

You will handle in-person and remote signings for borrowers, families, and businesses, building a reputation and a book of business you control.

Responsibilities: Perform the full range of notarial acts oaths, affirmations, acknowledgments, signature witnessing, and certified copies while maintaining a compliant journal of every act.

Qualifications and Skills: U.S. citizen with valid Notary Public credentials. High school diploma or equivalent. Clear background check. Prior loan signing experience preferred. Willingness to learn, composure under pressure, and excellent communication.

Job Requirements: High-speed Internet connection, dependable computer with camera and microphone, home-office setup, and reliable transportation with willingness to travel as needed.

Payment: $75.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
