Senior FP&A Analyst

Our client, a well-established multi-billion-dollar consumer products company, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its growing finance team. This is a highly visible opportunity supporting senior finance leadership with excellent exposure across the business, outstanding work-life balance, and significant long-term career growth.

$115,000–$130,000 base salary
10% annual bonus
30 days PTO
Hybrid schedule (2 remote days per week)
High-visibility role supporting U.S. operations

Key Responsibilities
Develop financial models, forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans
Partner with business leaders to analyze financial performance and identify opportunities
Perform scenario planning and business analysis to support strategic decision-making
Develop financial reporting, dashboards, and KPI analysis
Present financial insights and recommendations to leadership
Participate in cross-functional initiatives and special projects
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3+ years of FP&A experience
Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience working within a major ERP system (Sage X3 a plus)
Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools is preferred
Excellent communication and business partnering skills
Food & Beverage experience strongly preferred
Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or packaging manufacturing experience will also be considered
