This role ensures that children and families have a safe, structured, and supportive environment to maintain positive connections. The Visit Supervisor is responsible for monitoring interactions, documenting visits, and maintaining clear communication with both families and the agency. Responsibilities Supervise family visits in person, ensuring a safe and positive environment for all participants. Maintain professional boundaries and neutrality during visits. Accurately document observations and interactions during each visit. Arrive on time and prepared for each scheduled visit. Communicate promptly with agency staff regarding schedules, concerns, or incidents. Manage a caseload of approximately 5-10 families. Follow all agency policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to remain neutral, professional, and focused in high-stress situations. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Experience working with children and families preferred.
