In this role, you will utilize your superb verbal and written communication skills to handle administrative tasks while maintaining the high level of confidentiality and emotional awareness our office requires for sensitive situations. Intake Coordinator Responsibilities: Front Office: Greeting and assisting patients in a professional manner Maintaining supplies and basic organization of the office Keeping our office common areas neat and tidy Answering busy phones and monitoring the admin email account Scheduling in our EHR for 20+ clinicians Collecting co-pays and updated insurance information Responding to facility requests/concerns from staff.
