Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 36 Hours Per Week | Rotating Days and Nights | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 10-bed ICU/IMC unit with patient ratios of 1:2 in ICU and 1:3–1:4 in IMC
• Float to Medical-Surgical unit (34 beds) as needed, with ratios of 1:5–1:6
• Participate in facility float coverage to additional regional locations, which may be prescheduled
• Adhere to on-call requirements, including a minimum 2-hour call-back obligation when placed on low census
• Work every other weekend and every other holiday as required
• Comply with all facility infection control policies, including mandatory masking requirements during flu season if vaccination is declined

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN License
• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• Minimum 2 years of ICU/CCU nursing experience
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• NIHSS certification preferred
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records
• At least one prior travel nursing assignment
