We are are looking for an HVAC installer to join out team! Someone with experience with residential retrofit / changeout installations. Job Title: HVAC Installer Pay Rate: $35.00 to $45.00 + per hour. We pay based on experience and capabilities Work Hours: 7:30am to 4:00pm Work Schedule: Monday through Friday Townsend Energy offers: Take home company vehicle & gas card Cross-training available in gas, oil, propane, and HVAC Education and licensing program for oil, propane, and HVAC We are committed to not just providing jobs but careers for our employees Equipment training provided for Bosch, Ecobee, Fujitsu, Buderus, Carrier, etc., throughout the year Relocation Assistance available for qualified applicants Benefits: Medical Insurance with company contribution for individuals and family; FSA and HSA options Vision and Dental Insurance Basic Life and AD&D Insurance Long-Term Disability 401k with company match 80 hours of vacation; accrued 40 hours of sick leave 9 Paid Holidays, including floating holidays Employee Assistance Program Company uniforms, phones, and tablet Other supplemental insurance options available What you will be doing: Leading installation jobs for residential and light commercial HVAC Systems Installing oil, propane, natural gas, and air HVAC systems and duct work Furnace, AC, Heat pumps, mini splits etc Boilers Radiant Heat Consult with customers and answer their questions Supervise the work of installers Qualifications / Skills: Valid driver's license & insurable driving record 4 + years of installation experience 2 + years of Job lead/supervisor experience desired Radiant heat experience EPA Universal Certification Proficient experience with refrigerant, gas, oil, propane, and electric heating/air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and ductless systems Able to read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and manuals Experience in all HVAC low-voltage systems Able to lift up to 50 pounds High school diploma or its equivalent Certificate from an HVAC Technical School desired Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
