Registered Nurse (RN) (3rd shift)

We are hiring a Registered Nurse for our growing team. 3rd shift (11:00 pm–7:00 am) with shift differentials offered! As a Registered Nurse with ARC, you will work in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment helping individuals overcome substance abuse addiction. You will be a vital member of the System of Care responsible for ensuring the safety and well‑being of clients during the rehabilitation process. Key Responsibilities Conduct nursing assessments and monitor clients Member of the Treatment Team. Handle medication management; train staff on medication dispensing. Ensure universal precautions of the center. Facilitate health education groups including general health education, medication/drug interactions. Observe and assess clients for clinical signs and symptoms and follow the prescribed course of treatment. Determine and implement specific protocol as designated by the doctor. Protect the privacy of all client information in accordance with Addiction Recovery Care, LLC/Odyssey, Inc.’s privacy policies, procedures, and practices, as required by federal and state law, and in accordance with the general principle of professionalism as a health care provider. Maintain a respectful relationship with clients. Maintain confidentiality at all times displaying a professional disposition toward fellow staff. Maintain a positive working relationship with staff and consumers alike. Bring policy/personnel issues to supervision as they arise. Interact with a multidisciplinary team to assist in facets of the recovery program relating to physical health. Communicate with the Case Manager and assist in ensuring the safety of the client. Adapt to schedule changes and assume responsibilities not delineated in the job description related to work as a member of an addiction treatment team. Interact with staff and clients in a professional manner. Coordinate and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. Attention to detail and organization a must. Computer literate with experience in a Windows environment. Work independently with minimal supervision. Prioritize work and work‑related responsibilities. Two or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred. Substance abuse experience preferred.
