Account Manager II - Collection Credit Cards Job Category: Collections Requisition Number: ACCOU010501 Posted: May 27, 2026 Full‑Time Rate: $19.50 USD per hour Locations Westlake Services, LLC | LV Corp 300 S 4th St Las Vegas, NV 89101, USA Job Highlights $1,000 Tiered Retention Bonus Brief Description 90‑day collectors will oversee handling accounts that have fallen over three payments past due. They will need to contact customers via phone and skip trace to locate customers that are difficult to get a hold of. The agent will have a monthly goal that needs to be reached. Agent will need to incorporate several skip‑trace techniques as well as negotiation skills to cure accounts. Agent will also have to use his/her skip‑trace knowledge to skip on customers. Duties, Tasks, Responsibilities Collect accounts that are past due three or more payments. Bring delinquency down in set queue. Call customers that are past due three payments. Skip trace to locate customers that are delinquent and collateral. Make arrangements and negotiate with delinquent accounts to bring current. Handle high volume calls in a fast‑paced environment. Knowledge, Skills, Licenses Skip‑trace knowledge Some experience in credit card collections or a related financial services role. Willing and able to work a flexible schedule including overtime and weekends. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Extensive knowledge of state and federal laws applicable to collections, including the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. Good computer and typing skills. Team player. General knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Web navigation and/or web‑based applications. Education High School diploma or equivalent required.
