Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-TimeVantage Health and Rehab of WakefieldWakefield, MA $45–$48/hourLTC Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in our skilled nursing facility. This position focuses on helping residents improve independence with daily activities and functional skills.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate residents and establish individualized care plansProvide therapy focused on ADLs, upper body strength, and coordinationSupervise COTA staff and collaborate with the rehab teamMaintain documentation and monitor resident outcomesBenefits:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Paid time offCEU reimbursementAdvancement opportunitiesRequirements:Active OT license required
