Assistant Manager PositionWaves Express Car Wash is seeking a high energy and results driven Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations at one of our Upstate locations. This is a hands on leadership role for someone who leads from the front, takes ownership of results, and thrives in a fast paced environment.This is not a desk job and not an entry level position. The right candidate is driven, accountable, and motivated to grow into a Site Manager role.Job Summary As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting site performance, developing team members, and ensuring a high level of customer experience. You will work side by side with your team each day, setting the standard for effort, attitude, and execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop frontline team members to deliver consistent high quality serviceTake ownership of the customer experience by resolving issues quickly and professionallyDrive revenue through strong execution of wash package and membership salesSupport site financial performance including labor management and inventory controlMaintain a clean, safe, and efficient operation including tunnel, vacuums, equipment, and chemicalsOpen and close the site while ensuring procedures and cash handling are executed accuratelyLoad vehicles safely and efficiently into the wash tunnelHold team members accountable to performance standards and expectationsAssist with basic equipment maintenance and troubleshootingUphold company standards policies and culture at all timesRequirementsSelf motivated leader who takes initiative and ownershipComfortable being accountable for performance and resultsStrong communication skills with the ability to coach and develop othersHigh level of energy and work ethic in a fast paced environmentWillingness to work flexible schedules including rotating weekendsAbility to travel between Upstate locations as neededPrevious car wash management or leadership experience preferredCandidates without direct experience may be considered for Manager-in-TrainingCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive salary with monthly performance based bonus programHealthcare stipendPaid vacation and sick timeFree car washesGrowth Opportunity Waves Express Car Wash promotes from within and rewards performance.
