Pest Control Technician

Earn $18-22+ per week with opportunities for commissions, bonuses, overtime, and advancement.

What You'll Do

As a Pest Control Technician, you'll help protect homes and businesses from unwanted pests by:

• Inspecting homes, businesses, crawl spaces, and other structures
• Performing pest control treatments safely and professionally
• Educating customers on pest prevention and treatment options
• Using a company-provided tablet to manage appointments and service records
• Maintaining a clean, organized company vehicle and equipment
• Participating in ongoing training and certification programs
• Identifying opportunities to provide additional services that benefit customers

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Valid North Carolina driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass criminal background and driving record checks
• Ability to obtain required state certifications
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred:

• Pest control, construction, maintenance, landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other field service experience

Physical Requirements

This position requires:

• Walking, bending, kneeling, crawling, lifting, and climbing
• Working in crawl spaces and occasionally attics
• Lifting up to 50 pounds
• Working indoors and outdoors throughout the year
• Safe operation of company vehicles and equipment

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Overtime opportunities available with advance notice
