Director of Patient Services (RN)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Patient Services with a minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience. As a Director of Patient Services, you will play a crucial role in leading patient services, ensuring quality care, and contributing to our healthcare mission. Candidate must be an RN.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Leadership:

Lead and oversee patient services, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Operational Management:

Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care programs and services.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Personnel Management:

Recruit, train, and supervise healthcare staff.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Patient Advocacy:

Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.
Monitor patient satisfaction and implement improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of previous experience required.
Registered Nurse (RN) certification.
Strong clinical and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
