Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 06:00 PM - 11:30 PM Sun: 01:00 PM - 11:30 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns. Monitor for unusual behavior, policy violations, and/or potential loss prevention concerns, and report observations according to site expectations and Allied Universal guidelines. Assist with access control, opening and closing activities, and customer‑facing support while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 6 months of security‑related experience. Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED. Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet; this is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
