The Emergency Department is known for strong interdisciplinary collaboration and offers a fast-paced environment that supports continual learning and clinical growth. Dedicated supervisory support is available 24/7, and the team consistently exceeds company benchmarks for ED operations and throughput.

A Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor who excels in this role:

• Evaluates and determines work assignments and evaluates job performance, recognizes performances.
• Covers call-offs, adjusts schedule as needed.
• Meets with employees to listen to and resolve employee issues and grievance.
• Implements performance improvements including verbal counseling.
• Develops and implements department and/or hospital policy; insures all employees are trained in policy; exercises discretion, independent of policy to insure proper function of department or subdepartment.
• Supervises staff delivering patient care within Emergency Services.

What we're looking for Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• BSN or completion within five years.
• Trauma nurse education.
• Minimum of three years of Emergency nursing.
• CEN, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS.
• One-year supervisory experience preferred.
