Customer Success Specialist

Mission Viejo, CA | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | $25-$27/Hour

A rapidly growing company in Mission Viejo is seeking a motivated Customer Success Specialist to support customer relationships, sales order processing, account support, order management, customer communications, and sales operations activities.

This position is ideal for professionals with experience in customer success, customer service, customer support, account management, account coordination, sales support, sales operations, order management, customer operations, logistics coordination, or client services.

Candidates must have experience supporting customers within the medical aesthetics, regenerative biologics, biologics, medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotechnology, life sciences, MedTech, or healthcare technology industries.

Experience supporting healthcare providers, clinics, medical practices, distributors, sales representatives, or customers purchasing complex, technical, scientific, or regulated products is highly desirable.

As a Customer Success Specialist, Customer Support Specialist, or Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting customers, managing orders, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders from the company's eCommerce platform into QuickBooks Desktop.
• Manage sales order processing while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Maintain customer records, account information, operational data, and sales-related information.
• Create, update, and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Support customer success initiatives through proactive communication and problem resolution.
• Interact with customers, healthcare providers, sales representatives, distributors, and internal departments via phone, email, and CRM platforms.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, account information, shipping status, and operational issues.
• Assist with order management, customer onboarding, customer communications, and account support activities.
• Monitor order accuracy and ensure smooth transaction processing.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and expedite orders.
• Support sales operations and customer service functions as business needs require.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Managing technically complex or highly regulated products
• Associate degree or equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success, customer service, sales support, account coordination, customer operations, logistics coordination, order processing, or client support.
• Strong customer-facing experience and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent phone communication skills and active listening abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
