Front Desk Receptionist

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a personable and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join a reputable client's team in Vista, California. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people and ensuring smooth operations in the office environment.

Responsibilities

• 
  Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, directing them appropriately.
  
  



• 
  Answer and manage incoming calls, taking messages or directing calls as necessary.
  
  



• 
  Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  
  



• 
  Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  
  



• 
  Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  
  



• 
  Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, filing, and scanning documents.
  
  



• 
  Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  
  



• 
  Support other team members with clerical tasks as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  Bachalor's Degree required.
  
  



• 
  Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
  
  



• 
  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  
  



• 
  Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
  



• 
  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
  



• 
  Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.

  Friendly and professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
  
  

Required Work Hours

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay

Salary:


$20 - $25 per hour
