Part Time Keyholder - Merrell

We are looking for a reliable, service‑oriented individual who can support the Store Manager and act as the go‑to person in their absence. Key Responsibilities Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing the store, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well‑presented store at all times. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge. Create amazing experiences for our customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression. Achieve sales goals and performance metrics, and drive the store’s success as an ambassador and by supporting local marketing efforts. Perform other duties as required or assigned by the manager. Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management. Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to and delivering on store KPIs. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Demonstrated retail sales success. Experience working in a customer‑facing role. Supervisory experience is preferred but not essential. Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
