This is a full-time opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in insurance sales and financial services.We are looking for driven, coachable, and customer-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, and referralsIdentify customer needs and recommend auto, home, renters, and life insurance productsClose sales and meet or exceed sales goals and production targetsCross-sell and upsell insurance and financial service productsBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsProvide excellent customer service and supportHandle objections and difficult conversations professionallyManage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentCompensation:Base salary plus uncapped commissionPerformance-based bonusesTotal compensation: $45,000–$90,000+ annuallyQualifications:Sales experience, insurance sales, or customer service experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable making outbound calls and closing salesStrong follow-up and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, competitive, and goal-orientedAbility to multitask and adapt quicklyComfortable with technology and CRM systemsLicensing Requirements:Property and Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtainLife and Health license preferred or willingness to obtainThis role is ideal for candidates with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to grow within a high-performance sales environment.
