Job Description

We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Weighmasters to join our team in Firebaugh, CA! The Weighmaster will be responsible for accurately weighing and recording incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. This role requires excellent attention to detail, data entry skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Weighmaster

Schedule: 1st, overtime

Pay Rate : $17/hr.

Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate scales to weigh trucks, products, and materials.
• Record and maintain accurate weight data in the system.
• Verify documentation and ensure compliance with weight regulations.
• Communicate with drivers, operators, and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Address any discrepancies in weight and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Weighmaster or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
