CNA / PCA / Caregiver Responsibilities

As a member of our care team, you will:

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
• Help with mobility, transfers and other activities of daily living
• Provide companionship and resident engagement
• Support a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
• Work closely with our nursing and care team

Medication Aide / Med Tech Responsibilities

Medication Aides, Med Techs and RMAs will:

• Assist with medication administration according to Virginia requirements
• Maintain accurate medication documentation
• Observe residents and communicate changes to the care team
• Assist with resident care as needed
• Provide compassionate and dependable service

What We're Looking For

We'd love to meet candidates who are:

• Compassionate, reliable and dependable
• Passionate about working with seniors
• Team-oriented
• Strong communicators
• Interested in Assisted Living, Memory Care or senior living

Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, Caregiver, Resident Assistant, Home Health Aide, Direct Care Worker or Med Tech is a plus.

Medication Aide / Med Tech candidates must meet applicable Virginia medication aide training and certification requirements.
