School NurseJoin Catapult Learning and become a part of a national organization with a legacy of more than 45 years of student impact.2026-27 School YearAcademy of Our Lady of Grace: Fairview, NJPart-Time- 15-20 hours/weekHourly rate: $38-$40/hourResponsibilitiesReview immunization records for school age childrenAssist with Medical/Dental ScreeningsPrepare and file state reports as required by lawConduct audiometric screeningsConduct scoliosis screeningsConduct vision screeningsConduct Height and Weight ScreeningsProvide other optional screenings as needed, ex. Blood Pressure, LiceMaintain student health recordsAdminister medication and/or treatment when necessary for pupils to attend schoolProvide first aid and emergency care to all school age childrenProvide the following services as promulgated by individual State Law/Regulation:Notify parent/guardian if a screening defect is found upon screening and recommend appropriate follow-upObserve and recommend to principal, exclusion of students who show evidence of communicable diseases and/or whose immunization records are not received from parent/guardian after numerous attempts.Submit monthly report of health services and screenings performed to Catapult Learning Regional DirectorOther duties may be assignedQualificationsRequired:Valid NJ RN license, as required by contract.RN license and a Basic Life Support CPR - Professional Rescuer or Healthcare Provider card, as required by contract.Preferred:Pediatric experience is desirable, but not necessary.Pay Rate: USD $38.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr.
