ALUMANATE IS HIRING FOR MULTIPLE PRODUCTION POSITIONS!

We are expanding our production teams and looking for dependable employees for day and overnight shifts .

Day Shift: $17.00/hour | 6:00 AM–6:30 PM
Overnight Shift: $18.00/hour | 6:00 PM–6:30 AM
Schedule: 12-hour shifts | 2-2-3 schedule
Employment: Full-time

OPEN PRODUCTION POSITIONS

We are hiring for several positions throughout our manufacturing lines, including:

Machine / Line Operators
Help operate and monitor production equipment, watch material as it moves through the line, identify problems, and keep production running.

Stacker / Pallet Positions
Handle finished material, prepare pallets, stack and strap finished products, and assist with material movement.

Quality Control (QC)
Inspect finished material for visible quality issues, monitor product quality, and communicate concerns to production leadership.

Production Helpers / Material Handling
Support different areas of the production line, move and prepare materials, keep work areas stocked and clean, and assist wherever needed during production.

Employees may be trained in multiple areas of the production line based on experience and production needs.

NO MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE? THAT'S OKAY.

Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, general labor, machine operation, material handling, forklift, assembly, or quality control experience is helpful, but not required .

We are looking for people who are:

• Dependable and show up for their scheduled shifts
• Willing to learn
• Comfortable performing hands-on, physical work
• Able to work a full 12-hour shift
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a production team
• Focused on safety and quality

Training is provided.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING

This is a hands-on manufacturing job in a non-climate-controlled facility. Temperatures inside the production facility can be hot or cold depending on outside weather conditions.

Employees are on their feet throughout much of the 12-hour shift and may stand, walk, bend, lift, handle materials, clean equipment, and move between different areas of the production line.
