Job Description

We are currently looking for dedicated individuals to join our client’s warehouse team in the Pick and Pack department, with ample opportunities for growth and development within our organization. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities:

• Pull orders from the printer, organize orders by aisle location, to minimize your walking pattern 
• Accurately scan product out of location using RF Scanner, check Product being picked against sales order to avoid pick errors
• Scan sales order part number, serial numbers and verify quantity
• Pack product to meet shipping requirements
• Place packed orders on conveyor

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience in loading and unloading trucks for shipping and receiving
• 2+ previous warehouse experience 
• Basic knowledge in UPS & FEDEX shipping functions
• Must be able to stand, bend, lift and carry up to 50lbs
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Must be reliable and possess a strong work ethic & work well under pressure
• Able to walk approximately 7 + miles per day
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check

The base pay range for this position is $16.50 an hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
