We love our community and work tirelessly to help our guests "Kreate a new You".Requirements:Previous customer service experience is preferredExcellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanorPassion, knowledge, interest in health, fitness and/or wellness.Ability to build customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.Ability to quickly learn new procedures, processes, and product knowledge.Strong verbal & written communication skills with proficiency in English.Able to stand for the duration of shifts, often up to 8 hours, with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting objects up to 30 pounds, up to 5 times per shiftComfortable with exposure to steam, varying temperatures, and humidityHigh energy, excellent communication, team-oriented, and diligent work ethicMust obtain a Food Handler's Card and complete all required training and certifications within 2 weeks of hire dateHours vary Monday – Sunday, days, evenings, and weekends.
