Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and preventive treatments.
• Conduct oral health assessments and document findings.
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays).
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
• Assist dentists in diagnosing and treating dental conditions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes.
• Follow infection control and sterilization procedures.
• Build positive relationships with patients and help ensure a comfortable experience.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in TN.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of dental software and electronic health records preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
