Full-Service Restaurant and Bakery

$50-60k + Benefits, Bonus, and Future Advancement Opportunities!

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to join our team in Mt. Pocono, PA! As a Service Manager, you'll lead the front-of-house team, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional guest experiences at a popular casual restaurant and bakery.

Service Manager Responsibilities:

Lead the front-of-house team to deliver top-notch customer service
Drive sales growth through effective upselling and promotions
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
Oversee daily operations, including inventory and cash handling
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and retention
