TikTok is seeking a Policy Manager for Youth Safety & Well-being to design and maintain policies that balance safety with youth expression on the platform. You will work with Product, Legal, and Operations to ensure policy alignment and enforcement across regions. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in trust & safety, child protection policy, or related fields, with deep knowledge of youth harms and regulatory frameworks.
