Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week Guaranteed | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a Labor & Delivery unit, managing variable patient ratios (1:1, 2:1, and 3:1) based on acuity and census
• Monitor and assess laboring patients throughout antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum phases of care
• Deliver postpartum nursing care in alignment with unit protocols and evidence-based practice
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams within a Joint Commission Accredited facility that includes a Level 3 NICU
• Float to other units or locations within a 25-mile radius of the facility as operationally required

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 1–2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Demonstrated Labor & Delivery and Postpartum experience is required
• Ability to adapt to varying patient ratios and acuity levels
• Willingness and ability to float within a 25-mile radius of the facility as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a teaching hospital or Level 3 NICU-affiliated environment
• Familiarity with high-acuity obstetric patient populations
