Quality Manager Fort Worth, TX Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday–Friday About the Role The Hammitt Group is actively seeking a Quality Manager for a growing automotive manufacturing organization in the Fort Worth area. This leadership role will oversee plant quality systems, customer quality standards, continuous improvement efforts, and overall operational quality performance within a fast-paced production environment. We are looking for a hands-on leader with strong automotive manufacturing experience and a deep understanding of quality systems, process improvement, and customer-facing quality management. Responsibilities Lead and maintain all plant quality management system activities Ensure compliance with customer requirements and automotive quality standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality and operational performance Manage plant quality metrics, reporting, and corrective action processes Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities related to customer and internal quality concerns Support APQP processes, audits, control plans, SOPs, and documentation updates Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and production leadership teams Monitor process controls and ensure quality standards are consistently maintained across the facility Prepare for and support customer audits and internal quality reviews Mentor and develop quality team members while promoting accountability and operational excellence Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field preferred 3+ years of experience in a Quality leadership role within automotive manufacturing Strong knowledge of:
