Location: Rancho Cucamonga CA (Day 1 onsite)

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support and technical expertise to customers and partners.
• Establish trusted advisory role with strategic customers and partners.
• Perform workshops with prospects/ customers on product evaluations
• Perform hands-on tests to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, network designs, and network deployments using new products and features.
• Keep up-to-date on competitive solutions, products, and services.
• Author high-level designs, low level designs, MOP runbooks and other customer/partner facing content.

Essential Skills

• Experience in planning and designing or operating service provider or large enterprise networks.
• In depth understanding of large enterprise networking best practices and operations.
• Hands on experience with Software Defined Campus (Cisco SD-Access or equivalent), Software Defined Campus Datacenter ( Cisco ACI, VMWare SDDC or equivalent ), Advanced Routing, BGP, OSPF, QoS
• In depth understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack and operation.
• Knowledge in architecting and/or managing large-scale, high performing and resilient Enterprise networking solutions.
• Excellent hands-on skills in deploying and troubleshooting complex networks.
• Willingness to help customers, peers, and other team members at any time.

Desirable Skills

• Hands on experience with macro-segmentation and micro-segmentation
• Experience on Cisco router and switches or equivalent : Cat9k, Nexus 9k, 7k, 5k, 2k, IOS-XE, IOS-XR, ISR 44xx
• Experience with Multi-Cloud Networking (Azure, AWS, GCP ) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Network Automation, Ansible, Python is a plus
• Knowledge of Linux administration.

Education, Experience, & Certification

5+ years of experience as a Network Systems Engineer or in advanced networking domain
