Due to increasing demand for such analysis, A&M has invested globally in building a team of valuation experts to provide a full suite of valuation services in the areas of financial reporting and tax compliance, mergers and acquisitions, complex financial instruments, illiquid securities, and private‑equity and real‑estate portfolios. How You Will Contribute You will identify and evaluate key financial and operational drivers necessary to ensure a robust valuation partnership with managers and investors. You will address complex valuation challenges from critical investment, regulatory and strategic perspectives to assess value at the fund, portfolio, and investment level. As part of a select, highly skilled, and entrepreneurial team, you will have the opportunity to service alternative asset managers with an array of valuation services. Conduct research on securities, industry, market, and competitors. Build and update financial models using discounted cash flow analyses, guideline‑company and guideline‑preference precedent transactions, options‑pricing models, and yield analyses. Review and ensure the accuracy of financial models and valuation analyses through quality‑control reviews. Conduct due diligence and maintain client documentation for use in model building and deliverables. Build and maintain control processes to monitor and track changes to valuation‑model assumptions. Contribute to the preparation, creation, and review of reports and other deliverables for clients. Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional project management, coordination, and execution. Communicate efficiently and effectively to all levels of the engagement team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field. Professional qualification such as CFA, ASA, or CPA preferred. 1+ years experience in financial analysis and financial modelling. Proficient Microsoft Excel skills. Strong writing skills and experience developing presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Microsoft Word. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Effective project‑management and organizational skills. Ambitious, results‑driven self‑starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial culture. Compensation Statement Salary range is $80,000—$105,000 annually, depending on education, experience, skills, and geography. A&M offers a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details. Benefits Summary Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible to participate in A&M's fringe benefits, including healthcare plans, flexible‑spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverages. Eligible employees also receive discretionary contributions to a 401(k)-retirement savings plan. Paid time off includes vacation, personal days, 72 hours of sick time (prorated for part‑time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave.
