About the Job You’re Considering As AI reshapes how organizations operate, our Enterprise Transformation team seeks seasoned consultants who blend strong problem solving with AI‑first thinking. Your Role As a Management Consultant you will work with senior executives to shape enterprise strategies and lead high‑impact transformation initiatives, with a growing focus on AI and data‑driven insights. Lead end‑to‑end CIO advisory engagements (scope, plan, delivery, outcomes) Own platform strategy and IT operating model design across complex environments Run executive workshops and align business and technology leaders on trade‑offs Drive portfolio‑level transformation planning (dependencies, sequencing, value realization) Support large pursuits through shaping proposals and executive storyline development Mentor teams and build capability through structured coaching Your Skills + Experience Strong AI literacy (core and generative AI concepts), ability to identify AI‑enabled opportunities, experience working in AI‑augmented ways of working, collaboration across strategy, technology, data and design, understanding of responsible AI principles, curiosity and continuous learning mindset. Required Experience 8‑10+ years consulting or equivalent leadership in enterprise tech transformation Depth in enterprise architecture, platform strategy and operating model design Strong executive presence and facilitation skills Proven collaborative selling capability and comfort supporting business development Ability to lead teams and deliver outcomes under ambiguity and political complexity Strong communication, analytical thinking and pragmatic delivery orientation Compensation Base salary range: $135,900 – $265,880. Additional variable incentives, bonuses or commissions may apply.
