Job Position: Mixer Lead
Location: Oak Creek, WI 53154
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Shift: 1st Shift
Description: We're hiring a Mix Lead for 1st shift at a local production facility. This is a hands-on lead role — you'll run the mixing area, keep the team on schedule, and make sure every batch is made to spec. Pay is $19/hour with steady full-time hours.
If you've worked in production, manufacturing, or a warehouse and you're ready to step into a lead role, this is a good next move. What you'll doOversee and support the team in the mixing area
Make sure production procedures are followed and products are mixed accurately
Monitor workflow and keep daily production goals on track
Give clear direction and answer questions from team members
Troubleshoot problems on the floor and escalate to management when needed
Enforce safety and quality standards
Communicate production needs, issues, and updates to supervisors What you need
Bilingual in English and Spanish — required. You'll be giving safety, quality, and production instructions to both English- and Spanish-speaking team members, so you need to be able to explain things clearly in both.
Previous production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience
Comfortable directing others and also taking direction
Strong attendance and punctuality
Available to work weekends when the schedule calls for it
Organized, safety-conscious, and dependable Nice to have
Previous lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting
Experience with batching, mixing, or blending Details Shift: 1st 7:00AM - 3:00 PM
Pay: $19/hour
Weekends: required as needed
