This role combines travel, technical expertise, and direct customer interaction, giving you the chance to help ensure Reiser’s equipment performs at its best, making a real difference in our customers' businesses. At Reiser, you'll be welcomed into a culture that values hard work, supports career growth, and is committed to the success of every employee.**What You’ll Do*** Upon hire, you will enter the Reiser "FIRST" program that provides extensive training on our flagship product line(s).* Install new packaging and processing machinery and perform routine maintenance and on-site repairs.* Troubleshoot and resolve issues by applying your expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems.* Spend approximately 60-80% of your time traveling within an assigned region to visit food production facilities, helping customers optimize their equipment.* Train customers in preventive maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly and effectively.* Participate as necessary in new projects to install or improve the safety and performance of existing and new equipment## Qualifications**What You Bring*** 3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.* Practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.* Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics.* Food processing or packaging machinery experience is a plus.* Customer-focused mindset.* Comfortable with 60-80% travel during the week – in region by automobile or plane.* Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are an added bonus.**Why Reiser?**Joining Reiser means more than just a job — it’s an opportunity to be part of a company that values relationships, encourages team members to reach their potential, and is committed to ongoing success.
