You will be working with a smart team of machine learning scientists and software developers on applications and tools that power Seekr's AI products, agents, and tools. You'll have the opportunity to have an outsized impact from the beginning, and to work with other members of the team to ensure the architecture is scalable and reliable. You will have a significant voice in how we build, helping us delight millions of users worldwide while sharpening your own expertise.Duties and Responsibilities:Work closely with engineers to ship high-quality, production-ready featuresProvide empathetic leadership and mentorship across the organizationDrive sound technical decision-making and help establish engineering best practicesCollaborate with Product, QA, and business partners to develop creative, practical solutionsScope and break down abstract ideas into well-defined, actionable engineering workSkills and Qualifications:5+ years in Software Engineering supporting large-scale distributed systems.Bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar field, or equivalent work experience.Expert knowledge in the following technologies:PythonPostgres or a similar RDBMSRESTful API design or Fast APIContainerization – Docker and Kubernetes preferredMicroservices and Distributed SystemsTesting and test-driven developmentKafka or similar streaming/queueing technologyStrong collaborative skills, with both technical and non-technical groupsProficient in using AI Coding assistants such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor to enhance productivity and code quality.Agile mindset, with experience in Scrum, CI/CD, and Git.Experience effectively utilizing AI technologies and tools (e.g., large language models, agents, etc.) to enhance workflowsAbout the Company:Seekr is a leader in explainable and trustworthy artificial intelligence designed to power mission-critical decisions in enterprises, government, and regulated industries.
