We are seeking PRN Nurse Practitioners to provide on-site care at a major manufacturer in Casa Grande, AZ!1st shift coverage needed! Must be flexible Monday-Friday!What You'll Be Doing:Providing direct, onsite patient care services and other professional services to meet client-requested coverage hours along with formulating and administering health programs and clinic protocols, as neededProvide occupational care for workplace injuries; some acute/primary care services as neededConducting histories and physical examinations, prescribing medications, and/or referrals to imaging or specialists when neededAssistance with drug screenings and respirator fit testing as neededCollaborating with the client, nursing staff, and the operations team in determining, executing, and implementing protocols, formularies, emergency plans, and quality assurance programs for the clinic under the state laws, rules, and regulations governing collaborative relationshipsBe readily available to give consultation in the provision of health care to patientsProviding guidance and education to any additional clinical staff as appropriateThis does not necessarily list all responsibilities, duties, requirements, or efforts associated with the job.
