Radiologic Technologist

Position performs routine and/or special radiological procedures, including CT and Bone Density, scheduling of MRI, Mammogram, and Ultrasound procedures.

Qualifications: ARRT required. Associates degree in Radiologic Technology.

The facility is a CAH licensed at 25 beds but currently has 16 beds. On-site we have acute and swing bed skilled care, as well as a 24/7 emergency room with two trauma bays. They have applied for Level IV trauma status. They have a rural health clinic at the main campus and two satellite clinics in smaller communities. The facility provides surgical services, Laboratory, Radiology and Rehabilitation Services. The hospital includes efficiency apartments that are available for on-call staff to stay in if they live out of town at no cost to the employee. Total employee group is approximately 170 with 123 Full Time Equivalents. Their small but have a great group of employees who care about one another! The Radiology department includes X-ray and CT (training provided), Bone Density, scheduling for MRI (service is mobile, not requiring a tech). Position is mix of 1st and 2nd shift and there is on-call coverage involved; Weekend rotation is 1 out of 4. Weeknight is 1-2 nights per week (mostly 1 night, the second night attaches to their weekend), rotating holidays. The hospital offers an hourly rate 27hr-31hr depending on experience and they offer a full benefit package.
